A: Give us a call. We can take a look at the transaction and tell you the cause for the decline.


Q: My tracking is not updating/late. What should I do?

A: If you notice that your tracking has not updated within 5 days or if your shipment is late, please reach out to us by phone or email and we would be happy to research the issue for you.


Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes! We do. However, please check with USPS to make sure your country is allowing shipments. We only ship by USPS International.

If you ship your order to a mail forwarding center, we are not responsible after the package is handed over to them.
