Faster, slimmer, and more powerful than any Droptine before it, the Barnett Droptine STR Crossbow Package gives hunters rock solid handling with deadly shooting ability. Integrating Barnett's Carbonlite™ Step-Through Riser into its performance design, the Droptine STR fires arrows towards game at speeds up to 380 fps with a hard hitting 128 ft. lbs. of energy on impact. This riser also shifts a majority of the crossbow's weight from the riser to the stock for greater stability through the shooting process, improving downrange accuracy. Employing a unique, free-floating roller between the trigger and sear, Frictionless Release Technology™ enables the proven TriggerTech trigger system to break like glass with zero creep and a crisp 3 lb. pull. Nock sensors and anti-dry fire protection deliver a foolproof block on the trigger sear when an arrow is not in the correct position to prevent an accidental dry fire. Lightweight pistol-grip thumbhole stock features a pass-through foregrip and finger safety reminders for safe and sure control, as well as 7/8" Picatinny rail for easy accessory attachment.
