Due to the high costs of processing smaller orders we have had to establish an order minimum of $9.99. We are trying to maintain the .99 shipping for all our great customers, and appreciate your cooperation and support.
Information Security:
All payment information is destroyed the minute you checkout. We cannot look up your info if we tried, so it is not stored anywhere, therefore it can't be hacked in to or stolen. PayPal processes all payments including credit cards. Feel Safe.
Return Policy:
We are glad to accept returns. They must be in "like new condition" . Not used, or I tried it and it didn't work on my bow, I just didn't like it. If it is a defect we will get it fixed or replaced at our option. If it is used, then you are welcome to return. All shipping will be your responsibility, WE do not give cash refunds. Refunds are given in the form of store credit only. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Warranty Work:
IF you have a problem with a product, normally the product is sent directly to the manufacturer for repair. We will help facilitate the return, or you can send it to us and we will send it in for repair. We do not cover shipping expenses for these returns.
